A DIVISION, match details

We played our first A division match against
the legends of our district, JOLLY ROWERS, perinthalmanna.
We lost that match, because that was our first match in turf wicket.
But, our side fought well and prepared for next matches.
We won the toss and elected to bat first.
PCC lost first 5 wickets for just 40 runs, after that SIBIL and RIYAS
build an unbeaten partnership of 127 runs and set the target to 181.
But the experienced opponents played slowly and won the match.
Dwaj Raichura, played a nice innings for them.

2nd match:
We faced NCA Nilambur in our second match.
NCA won the toss and decided to bat first.
Our pacers started well and spinners controlled the game.
Shanib and Akbar took maximum effort and NCA's innings ended in 140.
Akbar bagged 4 wickets and Shanib 3.
In our innings we lost our first wicket in no score.
After loss the first wicket PCC backed to the game.
Arun Kesavan (27), Amjad, Riyas scored 22 and Irfan 19.

Akbar got the man of the match award (four wickets and 18*)
